Experience
Noble capital
Because Jordan lives in the world of digital, a lot of her efforts are implemented or disseminated through Social Media. Jordan is responsible for strategy and creative direction for all Noble Capital brands. This includes finding new ways to leverage the platform to increase successfulness of marketing campaigns. Jordan remains up-to-date in best practices for each platform to ensure success at a holistic level.
Jordan oversees the creative asset and copy development for each brand on each platform and proofreads for grammar errors and consistency to each brand’s tone-of-voice. Jordan outlines specific goals for PPC campaigns, event promotions, brand awareness, and content marketing efforts and how they relate to social media. She then analyzes and reports on these goals on a monthly basis.
A lot of these goals are outlined in Jordan’s yearly social media plans. Each of her plans leaves room for exploration and further development as trends continue to shift and change in the digital era.

III/Copic
Through Jordan's position at III, she was responsible for leveraging their vast social media presence to drive revenue gains and brand awareness using intelligence-based marketing campaigns. On top of managing these accounts, it was also her responsibility to define key performance indicators and implement measurement, analytics and reporting methods to gauge success. Researching and connecting with social influencers to establish cross promotions and thought leadership relationships was also a part of her role.

IDX, LLC
While with IDX, LLC, Jordan managed the company’s social media accounts including Facebook, Facebook groups, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google+ and YouTube.
Because this company’s demographics are a niche market of real estate agents and website developers, it required her to use creative strategies by offering valuable content, creating engaging discussions, and increasing brand awareness by reaching both respective communities.
