Project Management
Seasoned project manager with experience managing 50+ high-stakes projects for more than 15 brands simultaneously. Jordan’s natural ability to visualize a project from the big picture and concept through completion makes project managing a breeze for those she works with.
NOBLE cAPITAL
Jordan currently leads the Noble Capital's marketing projects under their five different brands. Each brand comes with unique marketing objectives and goals, which creates a pipeline of 50 plus projects to be completed by the marketing team at any given time.
As the department’s project manager, she is expected to outline each project timeline and phases, and visualize this progression on a 12-week rolling Gantt chart. From this asset, Jordan appropriately assigns tasks needed to complete each project to the respective team member, outside vendors and interdepartmental stakeholders.
Jordan additionally identifies each project (i.e., collateral, event, website, email) and tracks the number of individual project types to ensure a well-rounded marketing approach for each brand. From there, she monitors each stage of development and holds weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with stakeholders to ensure all projects will be completed on time.
Jordan’s role also includes outlining the department's Standard Operating Procedures for events, reports, processes, and administrative organization.

Imagination international, inc.
As the marketing department’s project manager, Jordan managed multiple projects simultaneously for more than 15 brands under the Imagination International, Inc. corporation. This required working closely with management to define the scope, approach, audience, timing, and deliverables of each marketing project. Once these details were defined, Jordan assembled the project team and assigned individual responsibilities, identifying essential resources and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects:

Led kick-off meetings announcing the start of the project and clearly stated overall project objective

Reviewed the overall project plan and gain input from contributing group members

Worked closely with marketing team to design and produce innovative marketing materials, informational articles, and other print, electronic, and multi-media content marketing that meet brand and quality standards

IDX, LLC
Jordan worked with the company’s general manager to identify what the vision and utility would be for each project. After nailing down project specifics, Jordan was responsible for providing copy and collaborating with the lead designer and website developer on project development and implementation.

Developed and created a 60 second intense and provocative campaign ad commercial video for a product launch of IDX Broker Platinum, the new platform for IDX,LLC. I provided strategic copy and worked with the lead graphic designer to create final video.
